All heels are hand made using only the best leather, patent and suede, with sponge innersoles made for comfort.

How do I know what size I am?

Does Glamoosh have a refund / return policy?

We are happy to exchange if the sizing or fit is incorrect, however shoes must be returned within 5 days of purchase dated.
Glamoosh will not refund postage expenses.

How long does delivery usually take?

Australian customers: All shoes are delivered within 3 - 7 working days
International customers: Please allow up to 2 weeks for delivery

How much does delivery cost?

Australian customers: There is a flat fee of $15 per product as advised by Australia Post. This fee is determined by the dimensions and weight of the product
International customers: There is a flat fee of $25 per product as advised by Australia Post. This fee is determined by the dimensions and weight of the product
